Die Bilder sind vor einigen Tagen entstanden. Wir waren Abends noch ein wenig auf der Halde und weil das Licht irgendwie so schön war und die Luft ganz rein und windig, haben wir ein paar Fotos geschossen. Das Outfit ist zwar unspektakulär und war nur zum Gammeln gedacht, aber ich mag die Bilder und deswegen poste ich sie nun. Zack! Ich bin jetzt jedenfalls bereits in Köln und morgen dann auch schon unterwegs nach Berlin. Da ich dort etwas länger bleiben werde und es hier nicht Post-los zugehen soll, gibts Vorprogrammiertes. Wundert euch also nicht über wenig Text in der nächsten Woche. <3, XX

The outfit is nothing spectacular and only meant to be comfy but I like them photos, anyway! Atm I already am in Cologne and off to Berlin in just a few hours. Polaroids, Icecream & Love

Gerade zurück aus Amsterdam, stand auch schon die lang ersehnte Reunion mit meinen Lieblings(blogger)mädchen Mari von Mari.Dalor und Jil&Jana von Zwillingsnaht an. Es gab Chips'n'Salad en Masse, mindestens ebensoviel Eis und obligatorische Fotos. Das Wetter war wie neuerdings üblich einmal alles, von Sturm & Regen bis hin zu strahlendem Sonnenschein. NERVT! Mein Sweater ist übrigens von Monki und frisch in Amsterdam eingekauft worden. Ebenso wie ein paar andere heiße Teile, über die ich mich wahnsinnig freue. Aber die gibts demnächst, zusammen mit unseren Roadtrip Bildern. Ich mach mich nun auf in die Stadt, ein paar Schuhe besorgen, die schon länger auf meiner Wunschliste lauern! Cheerio, XX

Translation: Right back from Amsterdam I finally reunited with my favorite blogger-girls Mari, Jil and Jana. We had Chips'n'Salad en masse, just as much icecream and of course took lots of pictures. Weather has been everything - from storm & rain to bright sunshine. ANNOYING! The sweater I wear is from Monki and I bought it in Amsterdam, along with some other great stuff that I'll show you when I post our roadtrip pics. Shake it! Hier die Polaroids, die wir auf dem Area4 geschossen haben. 

Eingescannt und hübsch verziert. Ich bitte zu beachten, dass wir ziemlich! viel getrunken hatten und darum, uns die bescheuerten Posen zu verzeihen. Sorry, aber auf Bild Numero vier musste ich das gesamte Gesicht über"retuschieren", da ihm der Vollsuff wortwörtlich ins Gesicht geschrieben stand. Und so verabschiede ich mich vom Area4 und schweren Herzens auch der Festival Saison und bereite mich auf die nächsten Abenteuer vor! XX

 Spontan entschieden: Heut gehts nach Haarlem/Amsterdam/Zandvoort. Ans Meer. 
Gestern Abend war uns langweiling und irgendwie waren wir schlecht gelaunt, also haben wir uns überlegt heut ins Auto zu steigen und nen Kurztrip einzulegen. DVD's, Wein und der Bikini sind eingepackt, es kann also losgehen. Ich freu mich auf die wundervolle Innenstadt Haarlems und auf ein Eis an der Gracht. Ich freu mich unendlich aufs Meer. Am Sonntag steht dann ein längst überfälliges Date an und am Dienstag gehts schon auf nach Köln und von dort weiter nach Berlin. 
So sollte das Leben einfach immer sein! XX

We've been bored last night and kinda annoyed so we decided to go on a little roadtrip. DVDs, wine and my bikini(s) are packed and I'm ready to leave. So looking forward to the beautiful city centre of Haarlem and having an iceream by some town canal. And I just can't wait to swim in the ocean, again. Sunday afternoon will be spend to finally reunite with some blogging fellas and next tuesday I'll already leave for cologne and then take the train to Berlin. 

This is how life should always be.

 Area 4 - Day III

Hier nun der letzte Schwung Area4 Bilder. Völlig fertig vom (ausladenden) Saufgelage des Vortags haben wir den Vormittag quasi im Halbschalf verbracht. Thai Nudeln und Pizza zum Frühstück, dann ab auf die Liegestühle und in die Luft gestarrt, in der Hoffnung, der dumpfe Schmerz im Kopf würde endlich nachlassen. Young Rebel Set waren großartig und die Luft tatsächlich voller Seifenblasen. Dann White Lies (man hat der Mann ne Stimme <3) und dann endlich endlich the National - der eigentliche Grund, warum ich überhaupt auf dem Festival war, denn ich bin sowas von FAN! Leider war der Mann wohl völlig besoffen. Naja, wer kanns ihm verübeln? Gesungen hat er trotzdem wie ein Gott und bei England hab ich hart gekämpft, nicht aufzuheulen. Ich liebe es unendlich! Deswegen gibts das jetzt hier und ich bin rausss. XX

Translation: Final Festival Pics. Been totally wasted und spent the whole morning rather asleep than awake. Thai noodles and pizza for breakfast and then laying around staring into the sky - hoping that dull pain in our heads would finally fade. Young Rebel Set were amazing, after them White Lies (what a voice <3) and then finally finally The National, the main reason why I even went to that festival. I'm a BIG fan! Unfortunately the singer's been kinda drunk but whatever - he still sang like a god! I really fought the tears when they played England - I just love it so so so much! :D. Therefore here it is and I am off. XX

Nach drei Posts voller Festivalbilder dachte ich mir, ich schieb mal meine Gammel/Sommerklamotte von Gestern ein. Denn ist es zu fassen? Man könnte meinen wir bekommen dieses Jahr doch noch ein wenig Sonne ab. Mit Cappuccino und Buch bewaffnet hab ich nun schon die ein oder andere Stunde auf dem Balkon verbracht - BeachHouse und co. auf voller Lautstärke und n Grinsen übers ganze Gesicht. Ich liebe Sommer! Nächste Woche gehts für sieben Tage nach Berlin - arbeiten. Bis dahin stehen noch ein paar Dates an und ich weiß schon wieder nicht, wohin mit den ganzen Bildern. Morgen gibts erstmal noch den letzten Schwung Area4 Fotos. Und damit schwing ich mich zurück in die Sonne - Adios, XX

Translation: After three posts full of fesival pics I thought I'd upload yesterdays chilly outfit. It seems like summer finally finally arrived. So I spent quite a few hours on the balcony reading and listening to Beach House & co on full blast. I simply love summer! Makes me smile day in and out. Gonna be in Berlin for seven days next week and then it's almost vacation time. I just can't wait! I'll upload the last pics of Area4 Festival tomorrow and am now off and back on the balcony. Hangouts & Blackouts

Area4 -  Day II

Zweiter Tag - fantastisches Wetter. Viel zu viele Drinks und Freiluft-Dusche gegen die Hitze. Das LineUp fand ich an dem Tag eher schlecht, aber ich habe nach viel zu langer Zeit endlich ein paar gute Freunde wiedergesehen. Escapado & Feeder waren genial, frische Wassermelone und Mint-Wodka Mischen ebenfalls! Unser Highlight war sicherlich der platte Frosch (ob es wirklich einer war, oder nur ein äußerst merkwürdig geformtes Blatt - keine Ahnung), aber es/er sah unheimlich lustig aus. Makaber aber auch lustig. Die Bilder vom letzten Tag folgen demnächst, ausserdem hab ich noch ein paar Polaroids geschossen, die werd ich euch ebenfalls zeigen. Cheers, XX

Translation: Second day - amazing weather. Way to many drinks and trying hard to beat the heat. LineUp wasn't too good but I met some old friends of mine I haven't seen in too long. Escapado and Feeder ruled, so did fresh watermelon and mint-wodka. Our highlight has been that flat frog we found (if it really was a frog or just some strangely shaped leaf - no idea) but it definitely looked hilarious! I'll show the pictures of the last day tomorrow or the day after. And I took some Polaroids that I'm gonna post, too. Cheers, XX
